Bonfiglioli Graduate program

Bonfiglioli's ambitious Graduate Programme is aimed at talented young people with the motivation to develop rapidly as future managers in the Bonfiglioli Group.

The Programme follows a personal development route that offers a wide range of valuable experience, including the chance to work on strategic projects from the start alongside some of Bonfiglioli's top managers, specific management training and opportunities for job rotation and/or periods of work in Bonfiglioli branches outside Italy.

Are you interested? Check to see if you have the requisites to take part:

• A graduate degree with a very high Grade Point Average (GPA) completed in less than 12 consecutive months
• Good knowledge of English
• Availability for traveling/moving in case the job rotation involves one of the Group’s foreign branches
• Immediately available to join the company

Internships

Internships represent one of the main ways to join the Group. We are looking for students or graduates that would like to benefit from a first professional experience in the field, which might be the start of their journey inside the company.

The selections are organized all year long. The selected students join a current company project for 4 to 6 months.

All the selected persons benefit from a tutor who is in charge of following the student during the execution of the project in order to support his integration inside the team and provide him with all the required information.
